How should I immediately care for my plants when my box arrives?

OPEN IMMEDIATELY:  Fresh air is the first step toward recovering from their journey.

CAREFULLY UNWRAP:  Remove any paper, plastic, and/or other packaging delicately.

WAIT TO WATER: Succulents will die if over-watered! Wait a day for them to acclimate out of the box before watering and always make sure the soil is dry before watering again.

RE-ACCLIMATE:  A day in mild conditions with indirect light will help recuperate from travel stresses.

TRIM  ANY DAMAGE:  Help your plant focus it's attention on healthy growth by  trimming any damaged or unhealthy leaves with clean and sharp scissors.

When will my box arrive? 

Your box will ship the 25th of the month and you should receive an email with your tracking information at that time. If you are a new subscriber and have subscribed after the shipments have been prepared, your first month's delivery may arrive later, but starting with your second month, you will be "on schedule" with deliveries mid-month.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping and handling is added during checkout and is a flat rate per shipment ($7.95 for the Succulent Box and $8.95 for the Combo Box). 

Where do you deliver?

Succulents Monthly ships plants only within the United States. Due to state agricultural restrictions, we are NOT able to ship into Arizona, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico at this time.

Do you take returns or exchanges?

We don’t accept returns or exchanges on subscription boxes or the items in them. But if an item arrives damages or is missing from your box, we’ll mail you a replacement for free.

What is the cancellation policy? 

You may cancel your month-to-month subscription at any time. Shipments that have already been sent will still be billed. Prepaid and discounted subscriptions may be canceled and not renewed at the end of their plan term.

I love my Succulent Monthly box, but I have too many plants on my hands. Is there anything I can do besides cancelling my subscription?

 Yes, absolutely! You have the option of skipping your next delivery and future charges. For example, if you’re going on vacation you can choose to skip that month's delivery. This feature only works if you have an ongoing monthly subscription. It does not work on prepaid subscriptions or if you just made a one-time purchase.

What happens if my succulents break during shipping?

Fortunately, succulents are VERY hardy, and can usually be revived. Succulents Monthly offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so we’re happy to ship you a replacement succulent if your plant(s) arrived in a state of disrepair. 

My delivery hasn’t turned up – what do I do?

If you are anticipating a delivery and it hasn’t shown as expected, please let us know immediately by emailing us at sales@succulentsmonthly.com and we will investigate right away. We strive to deliver on time, always, but sometimes things may happen beyond our control and we will have to arrange re-delivery or replacements for you.

Refund & Replacement Policy

We offer refunds for any unshipped orders. Once the orders have been shipped, we are glad to replace any damaged or defective products promptly. We require photos or other approved documentation for replacement requests. Please contact us at sales@succulentsmonthly.com We are unable to offer refunds on shipments that have been marked 'delivered' by the shipping carrier. We recommend that you pay close attention to scheduled shipping dates and make arrangement to reschedule or redirect any packages that you will be unable to receive. If you would like to request 'signature required' for delivery please contact us at sales@succulentsmonthly.com.

Will my subscription renew?

There are a few different scenarios with regard to subscription  renewals.  The most popular way to enjoy Succulents Monthly is experiencing  monthly collections for 3 to 6 months.  The following examples explain  how renewals work for several of those common scenarios.

Purchasing a gift subscription...

The default setting for gift subscriptions is "will not renew".

1, 3, 6, and 12 month subscription terms can be purchased as a one-time gift.

If set to "renew", subscriptions will renew based on the original term selected.
(ex. - 3 month subscriptions will renew for another 3 month term.)

Purchasing a multi-month subscription...

The default setting for multi-month subscriptions is "renew".

3, 6, and 12 month subscriptions will renew based on the original term selected.
(ex. - 3 month subscriptions will renew for another 3 month term.)

Purchasing a monthly subscription...

The default setting for multi-month subscriptions is "renew".

Subscription will renew each month and can be cancelled at any time.

You can log in to your account and change the renewal setting at any time.

Your on-file payment method will be charged on the 1st day of each renewal month.  

"Skip a month" allows you to delay the new renewal date by one month.
